Piston rod
1. Drain hydraulic oil from the cylinder, and secure the
tube end of the cylinder in a vise.
2. Remove the c
linder head① with the hook s
anner wrench
④.
3. Pull out the piston rod assembly② from the cylinder
tube③.
(When reassembling)
- Visually inspect the cylinder tube for signs of scoring
or damage.
- Insert the
iston rod assembl
to the c
linder tube, not
to damage the piston seal on the piston.
- Install the cylinder head to the cylinder tube, not to
damage the O-ring on the cylinder head.

Cylinder head, piston and nut
1. Secure the piston rod end in a vise.
2. Remove the nut④, and remove the piston③ and cylinder
head② from the
iston rod①.
(When reassembling)
- Visually inspect all parts for signs of scoring of
damage.

1. Remove the piston packing② and o-ring④ from the
