(1) Adjusting Engine Valve
clearance
z Contact your authorized dealer to check the valve
clearance.
Valve clearance : 0.15~0.25mm
(0.006 ~0.010 in)
If the gap is big, the noise increase and if the gap
is small, the engine power can be low.

5-9. Every 1000 hour check
(1) Inspect, clean and test fuel injection nozzle, if necessary
z Contact your authorized local dealer to check the fuel system.
5-10. Every 1500 hour check
(2) Inspect crankcase breather system
z Contact your authorized local dealer to check it.
High-pressure Hazard !
▶ Make sure to stop the engine before checking the fuel system.
▶ Avoid skin contact with the high-pressure diesel fuel spray caused by a fuel
system leak such as a broken fuel injection line.
▶ High-pressure fuel can penetrate your skin and result in serious injury. If you are
exposed to high-pressure fuel spray, get medical treatment immediately.
