DPF temperature
indicator
DPF regen indicator
z While the regeneration is going on, the DPF
regen indicator and DPF temperature indicator
shall be ON together.
z Depending on the soot’s rate, the DPF regen
indicator shall show several different blink
frequency before or during the regeneration.

Burner
z The REGENERATION means automatic
burning/cleaning process of the soot loaded in
the DPF by burner.
z DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)
- This is catalytic converter to reduce emission
elements such as HC, CO. unburned fuel and so
forth.
z DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
- This is filter to capture soot out of exhaust gas.
▶Soot cannot be burned up completely and it may worsen fuel consumption if engine
running should be turned off repeatedly while regeneration.
Caution
▶DPF+DOC, burner and exhaust pipe are extremely hot while engine running. Do
not touch or put flammable items close to those. It may cause burn injury or catching
fire. Do not touch until those become cold after engine turned off.
Warning
1) AUTO REGEN mode
z In this mode, the regeneration does not require
operator to take actions because it is activated
automatically.
When using tractor normally, keep this mode.
① Conditions to activate burner
A) When soot load should exceed 60% or more.
B) Every four hours after last regeneration.
② Operation duration of burner
- Around 30 to 40 minutes
③ In case of turning off the engine running while regeneration, regeneration is to resume when
restarting the engine.
④ Regeneration shall be activated at the designated temperature or over of the DPF.
