Troubleshooting
Following contents describe basic inspection and resolution method. Please contact or visit our service center to
troubleshoot the problem if it is cannot be resolved.
2.1 System setting
It describes the system configuration including XGT Panel’s touch setting, communication setting, and other
settings
If you click [Settings] button in XGT Panel menu page, you can set various options for XGT Panel
2.1.1 Touch Calibration
XGT Panel provides touch calibration function. If you click [Touch setting] button in System Configuration,
the calibration page shows up. Please refer to the instruction shows on the page and complete the
calibration.
If you touch two points simultaneously after [Allow Multi-touch] option is checked, XGT Panel recognizes
midpoint of them.
