Instrument Operational Test
Turn the instrument ON by pressing the ON/OFF button. The instrument
should activate all the LCD segments and the audio. Observe the device
during this time. If any LCD segments are missing, or audio fails to work,
the device is in need of repair. Please refer to Figure 1 below.

The instrument then displays the firmware version. Please refer to Figure 2
below.

Note: Firmware versions with the Bq units are equipped with auxiliary
communication.
The instrument then displays the battery voltage. Please refer to Figure 3.
