Always consult your healthcare professional to determine safe methods most suitable for your
individual abilities. Protect yourself, your attendant and Mattress System by having it serviced
regularly. If you experience any malfunction, contact GF Tech Support at 1-770-368-4700 or your
GF authorized distributor immediately, as a hazardous condition could result, causing personal
injury or damage to your Mattress System.
Periodic inspection, adjustment and replacement of worn parts are necessary to provide years
of excellent service. Refer to CARE AND MAINTENANCE section of this manual.
Maintenance MUST be performed by qualied personnel ONLY.
