Before you start
NOTE: Never mix fuel and oil directly in the tank of the
product.
> Unscrew and remove the fuel tank
cap (29).
> Fill correctly mixed fuel/oil into the
tank using a fuel funnel tted with a
lter to avoid debris entering the tank.
Do not overll. Leave a minimum 5
mm of space between the top of the
fuel and the inside edge of the tank
to allow for expansion (Fig. 14).
> Avoid spilling and overlling the
tank.
> Wipe up spilled fuel with a soft cloth and ret the fuel tank cap
(29). Use the combination spanner (32) to tighten the cap (29)
properly (Fig. 15).
> Always dispose of fuel, used oil and soiled objects according to local
regulations (see section “Recycling and disposal”).

NOTE: Fuel and oil deteriorate over time. It may be
difcult to start the engine if you use fuel which has
been kept for more than 30 days. Towards the end of
the season, it is advisable to put only as much fuel
in the tank as you need for each use, since it should
be completely used up before storing the product.
Empty remaining fuel from the tank when storing the
product for over 30 days.
