ng Windrower Startup
CAUTION
Check to be s ure all bystand e rs have cleare d the area.
1. Start the engine. For instructions, refer to 3.15 Starting Engine, page 84.
NOTE:
The brakes should engage and the machine should not move after engine start-up.
2. Ensure the steering wheel is centered. Move ground
speed lever (GSL) (A) straight out of N-DETENT
(neither forward nor reverse). The machine should
not move.
3. Che ck t ha t the steering wheel is free to move.
IMPORTAN T:
If the machine does not function as described,
the system requires adjustment. Refer to the
windrower technical manual.
