200 BENCH PROCEDURES
FIRE RING GROOVE CUTTING PROCEDURE
Refer to Figure 5-29.
1. Place cutter base (1) on cylinder head (2).
Insert hold-down capscrews into appropriate
mounting holes (per application) until hold-
down capscrews bottom out in mounting
holes.

Refer to Figure 5-30.
2. Position cylinder head so threaded section
of hold-down capscrews can be reached.
Install spacer (3), washer (2) and wing
nut (1). Lightly tighten wing nut.
The cutter base must be free to move.
