Loading with a crane
The MT has sling points for use when loading by crane.
Two sling eyes are located behind the driver's cab;
the third one is the tow hitch at the rear.
For loading, the pneumatic spring on the cover of the
transmission has to be removed.
WARNING!
Danger of being crushed!
Removing a pneumatic spring means that the cover of
the transmission can fall shut and injure you.
X Always wear your own personal protective equipment
when attaching hoisting gear.

1 Transmission cover
2 Nut
X
Open the cover 1.
X Release the nut 2 on the head of the pneumatic spring.
X Remove the pneumatic spring.
