FRONT BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

For reducing free play, turn the adjusting

nut (2 ) clockwise (A).

Apply brake and check for free wheel

Front brake free play(1) at front brake

Press the front brake lever in and measure

the distance before the brake starts to take

the load.

For increasing free play, turn the adjusting

nut anticlockwise (B).

rotation when brake is released.

lever end should be 5 ~ 10 mm.

NOTE : If proper adjustment is not

obtained by above method, visit

Mahindra Two Wheelers Authorised

dealer.

CAUTION : Ensure that cut out of adjusting nut is seated in brake arm pin properly

after adjustment of free play.
