REAR BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
For reducing free play, turn the adjusting
nut (2 ) clockwise (A).
Apply brake and check for free wheel rotation
Rear brake pedal free play(1) should be
between 5 ~10 mm.
Place the motorcycle on main stand and
measure free play of rear brake pedal
before brake starts to take the load.
For increasing free play, turn the adjusting
nut (2) anti clockwise (B).
when brake is released.
NOTE : If proper adjustment is not obtained
by above method, visit Mahindra Two
Wheelers Authorised dealer.
CAUTION : Ensure that cut out of adjusting nut is seated in brake arm pin properly
after adjustment of free play.
