Drain the carburettor bowl and adjust if required.
Wash the vehicle and blow dry it with compressed air.
2. Clean fuel strainer and check fuel lines for leakages and free fuel flow.
3. Inspect and top-up engine oil.
4. Replace air filter element.
5. Replace spark plug.

7. Adjust idling speed.
8. Inspect throttle operation and free play.
9. Inspect clutch for free play and adjust if necessary.
10. Inspect fasteners and tighten them to the specified torque.
11. Inspect front & rear suspension.
12. Clean brake drums and lubricate brake system (brake cam and pedal).
13. Inspect spoke and adjust if necessary.
14. Inspect valve clearance, adjust if necessary.
15. Inspect, clean and lubricate drive chain, adjust if necessary.
16. Lubricate main stand and side stand.
17. Check battery electrolyte and top up if necessary with distilled water.
18. Check headlight focus and adjust if necessary.
19. Check brake light switch function, adjust if necessary.
20. Inspect brake shoe wear, adjust if necessary.
21. Inspect steering head bearing and adjust if necessary.
22. Check tyre pressure, inflate if necessary.
23. Clean the vehicle and deliver.
