 Turn ignition ON
 Clear the error codes
and verify
 Turn ignition OFF
 Ensure that the main relay is
inserted properly in the
connector
 Remove the relay
 Give 12 volts to terminal 86
and ground the terminal 85
 A clicking sound to be heard

Is the clicking
sound heard?
 Turn ignition OFF
 Replace the main relay
with a new one
 Check and confirm the battery
voltage is more than 8 Volts
 Check and confirm the 30 Amp
Maxi fuse is working properly
 Connect the smart tester
 Turn the ignition ON
 Initialize the diagnostic tool
 Record the DTC and clear
 Turn ignition OFF
 Turn ignition ON
 Verify if P121A or P121B is
present
Is P121A or
P121B present?
NO
YES NO
Go to Step2
YES
