Minimum rail pressure required to start the engine (while cranking) - 275 to 325 bar
Minimum cranking rpm required to start the engine - 120-140 rpm
.
Note -
Any malfunctioning of the pre supply pump will not be registered as a DTC .If no error
codes are registered and engine is not starting , malfunctioning of the pre supply pump
may also be one among the causes for engine not starting
PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE (PCV)
Minimum Resistance - 3.42 Ohms
Maximum Resistance - 3.78 Ohms
Nominal Resistance – 3.6 Ohms
Measured at 20° C
