PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE
COMPONET DESCRIPTION
The PCV is located on the common rail assembly. Pressure is built up in common rail by the high pressure pump .
As name signifies, PCV controls the pressure in common rail as per the commands from ECU
The function of the PCV is to maintain the required diesel pressure levels in the common rail. It does so by relieving
the excess pressure from the common rail.
