Is thermostat present
in the cooling
circuit ?
 Replace if problem is in
coolant temperature sensor
 Repair the wiring harness
if the problem is in wiring
harness
 Clear the error codes and
verify
 Install a new thermostat in
the cooling circuit
 Clear the error codes and
verify
 Check for proper
functioning of the
coolant temperature
sensor and its wiring
harness
Is temperature sensor
and its wiring harness
is Okay
?
NO
 Check the thermoswitch
for any malfunction
 Replace if required
 Check the fan for any
malfunction
 Replace if required
 Clear the error codes and
verify
