 ECU connector CONNECTED
 Check the continuity between
pin D and pin F of the
accelerator pedal sensor
connector

Does continuity
exist?
YES
 Ignition OFF
 Examine the short circuit
of reference line to signal
 Repair/replace the wiring
harness
 Clear the error codes and
verify
Go to step 7

Step 5
 Ignition OFF
 Accelerator pedal sensor
connector DISCONNECTED
 ECU Connector
CONNECTED
 Check the continuity between
pin E and pin F of the
accelerator pedal sensor
 Ignition OFF
 Examine the short circuit
between signal and ground
 Repair/replace the wiring
harness
 Clear the error codes and
verify
