To use the engine as a brake, change into the manual gear shift
mode first, then operate the gear lever to next lower gear.
Abruptly downshifting and using the engine brake may make
the vehicle unstable, especially when driving on roads
covered with snow or ice

The Ignition Key cannot be removed from the key barrel unless the
shift lever is in the P (Park) position.
If the key is stuck in the key barrel due to any electric
malfunction, press the Emergency Key release Switch located to
the left of the driver foot-well lamp to release the key. Contact
Authorised Mahindra Service Center at the earliest.
Always start the engine while the selector lever is in P & N with
Brake pedal depressed.
