OPERATION AND IMPORTANT RIDING POINTS
ENGLISH
The engine may only be started with the clutch lever pulled
or the gear in neutral.
Never attempt to start or ride the vehicle when the side
stand is down.
The vehicle can only be started with the side stand in
idle position and ‘ENGINE STOP’ switch in ‘RUN’ position
STARTING THE ENGINE
TURN THE MAIN SWITCH TO “ ”
MAKE SURE SIDE STAND IS IDLE AND
ENGINE STOP SWITCH IS ON ‘RUN’
PULL THE CLUTCH LEVER OR SELECT
NEUTRAL GEAR.
PRESS THE STARTER PEDAL OR START BUT-
TON. THE ENGINE STARTS.
RELEASE THE CLUTCH LEVER OR
SHIFT INTO GEAR.
YOU CAN RIDE THE VEHICLE.
