1.
From the Naming and positioning section, select Single Vial.
2.
Enter the Position of the vial using the Tray, Row and Column selection options.
By default, the position is Tray 1, Row A, Column 1.
3. Click OK, then select the SOP to finalize the selection and complete the playlist.
Range
Using this method you must take samples from a contiguous range of wells, which can be
from either tray or span both trays. For example, you could start and begin sampling only
Tray 2 and take samples from only half of the wells if required.
