Manitou Mattoc - Tighten Compression Rod End Cap; Lubricate Stanchion Top; Install Air Cap

4. Using the Maoc Cassee Tool and a
torque wrench (a socket will t over the
Cassee Tool, shown in picture) ghten the
compression rod end cap down to:
60-80 in lbs. [6.8-9.0 Nm]

5. Rotate fork to riding posion and add a
liberal amount of Slickoleum™ grease into
the stanchion on top of the compression
rod air piston.
6. Install Air Cap using the Maoc Flat
Ground 24mm Socket and torque wrench.
Tighten cap to 60-80 in lbs. [6.8-9.0 Nm].
