D7 - Check the slewing ring bearing and turret
fixing bolts
Position the lift truck on a horizontal surface with the I.C.
engine switched off, without load and stresses from
external forces.
Visually inspect the bolts “1”(Fig.D7) of the slewing ring
bearing and “2” (Fig.D7) of the turret to ensure they are
tightened correctly and in case of anomalies tighten the
bolts according to the torque values described:
Tightening torque 346 Nm / 35.3 kgm.
To tighten the bolts of the slewing ring bearing fixing it to
the chassis, pass these through an opening above the
turret see “3” (Fig. D7).
To tighten the screws of the turret pass these through an
opening under the vehicle chassis see “4” (Fig. D7).
D7 - Controllare i bulloni di fissaggio ralla e torretta
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie piana con il
motore termico spento, senza carico e sollecitazioni di
forze esterne.
Effettuare un controllo visivo del corretto serraggio dei
bulloni “1”(Fig.D7) ralla e “2”(Fig.D7) torretta e in caso di
anomalie serrare i bulloni secondo i valori di coppia
descritti :
Coppia di serraggio 346 Nm / 35.3 Kgm.
Per stringere i bulloni della ralla che la fissano al telaio,
occorre passare tramite un foro al di sopra della torretta
vedi “3” (fig.D7).
Per stringere le viti della torretta occorre passare tramite
un foro al di sotto del telaio macchina vedi “4”(fig.D7)

D7 - De bevestigingsbouten van het draaistel en de
zwenkkop controleren
Zet de heftruck op een vlak oppervlak met de
verbrandingsmotor uit, zonder lading en externe belasting.
Controleer de aandraaiing van de bouten “1”(Fig.D7) van
het draaistel en “2”(Fig.D7) van de zwenkkop en in geval
van afwijkingen de bouten aandraaien met de beschreven
aandraaimomenten:
Aandraaimoment 346 Nm / 35.3 Kgm.
De bouten waarmee het draaistel aan het chassis
bevestigd is, moeten vastgedraaid worden door een gat
boven de zwenkkop zie “3” (fig.D7).
De schroeven van de zwenkkop moeten aangedraaid
worden door een gat onder het chassis van de machine zie
"4"(fig.D7)
