E2 - Change the engine sump drainage element
The hot oil and components can cause personal injury.
Avoid contact with the skin.
Make sure the engine is stationary before carrying out
maintenance or repairs on it.
Remove the drainage element
- Open the engine hood.
- Wipe the outside of the filter as well as its support
thoroughly to prevent dust from penetrating the system.
- Remove the cover on the engine vent.
- If necessary, remove the tubes of the vent on the cover “6”
(Fig. E2). Remove the nuts “7” (Fig. E2) and cover “6” (Fig. E2)
from box “1” (Fig. E2).
- Remove the fixing ring “4”(Fig.E2) and the element of the
vent “3”(Fig.E2) and dispose of.
- Remove the unit retainer ring “5”(Fig.E2) from the cover.
Install the drainage element
Make sure all the components are clean and intact.
- Install a unit retainer ring “5” (Fig. E2) new filter (see: 3 –
MAINTENANCE: FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS) on cover “6”
(Fig. E2).
Note: Position the drainage element correctly before
installing it. The diameter “A”(Fig.E2) is visibly larger than
diameter “B”(Fig.E2).
- Install the diameter “A”(Fig.E2) of the element of the vent
“3”(Fig.E2) on shaft “2” (Fig.E2).
If installed correctly, the drainage element code must be
visible.
- Install the fixing ring “4”(Fig.E2) and the cover “6”(Fig.E2).
Install the nuts “7”(Fig.E2) and tighten by applying a 25 Nm
(18 lb ft) torque.
If necessary, install the tubes of the vent on the cover.
E2 - Sostituire l’ elemento dello sfiatatoio della
coppa motore
L'olio e i componenti bollenti possono causare lesioni
personali. Evitare il contatto con la pelle.
Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima di eseguire
qualunque operazione di manutenzione o riparazione.
Rimuovere l'elemento dello sfiatatoio
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Pulire accuratamente l'esterno del filtro nonché il suo
supporto per impedire la penetrazione della polvere nel
sistema.
- Rimuovere la protezione che copre lo sfiatatoio del
motore.
- Se necessario, rimuovere i tubi dello sfiatatoio sul
coperchio “6”(fig.E2). Rimuovere i dadi “7”(fig.E2) e il
coperchio “6”(fig.E2) dalla scatola “1”(fig.E2).
- Rimuovere l'anello di fissaggio “4”(fig.E2) e l'elemento
dello sfiatatoio “3”(fig.E2) e smaltirli.
- Rimuovere l'anello di tenuta gruppo “5”(fig.E2) dal
coperchio.
Installare l'elemento dello sfiatatoio
Accertarsi che tutti i componenti siano puliti e integri.
- Installare un anello di tenuta gruppo “5”(fig.E2) nuovo
filtro (vedere: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E
CINGHIE) sul coperchio “6”(fig.E2).
Nota : Orientare correttamente l'elemento dello sfiatatoio
prima di installarlo. Il diametro “A”(fig.E2) è visibilmente più
grande del diametro “B”(fig.E2).
- Installare il diametro “A”(fig.E2) dell'elemento dello
sfiatatoio “3”(fig.E2) sull'albero “2”(fig.E2).
Se installato correttamente, deve essere visibile il codice
dell'elemento dello sfiatatoio.
- Installare l'anello di fissaggio “4”(fig.E2) e il
coperchio“6”(fig.E2). Installare i dadi “7”(fig.E2) e serrarli
a una coppia di 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
Se necessario, installare i tubi dello sfiatatoio sul coperchio.
E2 - Het element van de ontluchting van het
motorcarter vervangen
Hete olie en onderdelen kunnen persoonlijk letsel
veroorzaken. Aanraking met de huid vermijden.
Verzeker u ervan dat de motor stil staat voor
onderhoud of reparaties te verrichten.
Ontluchtingselement verwijderen
- De motorkap openen.
- Maak de buitenkant van het filter alsmede zijn steun
zorgvuldig schoon om het binnendringen van stof in het
systeem te voorkomen.
- Verwijder de bescherming van de ontluchting van de
motor.
- Indien nodig, de leidingen van de ontluchting op het
deksel “6”(fig.E2) verwijderen. Verwijder de moeren
“7”(fig.E2) en het deksel “6”(fig.E2) van het carter
“1”(fig.E2).
- Verwijder de bevestigingsring “4”(fig.E2) en het
ontluchtingselement “3”(fig.E2) en gooi ze weg.
- Verwijder de afdichtingsring “5”(fig.E2) van
het deksel.
Ontluchtingselement monteren
Controleer of alle onderdelen schoon en intact zijn.
- Monteer een nieuwe afdichtingsring “5”(fig.E2) (zie: 3 -
ONDERHOUD: FILTERELEMENTEN EN RIEMEN) op het deksel
“6”(fig.E2).
N.B.: Richt het ontluchtingselement goed voor het te
monteren. De diameter “A”(fig.E2) is zichtbaar groter dan
de diameter “B”(fig.E2).
- Monteer de diameter “A”(fig.E2) van het
ontluchtingselement “3”(fig.E2) op de as “2”(fig.E2).
Als het goed gemonteerd is, moet de code van het
ontluchtingselement zichtbaar zijn.
- Monteer de bevestigingsring “4”(fig.E2) en het deksel
“6”(fig.E2). Monteer de moeren “7”(fig.E2) en draai ze aan
met een aandraaimoment van 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
Indien nodig de leidingen van de ontluchting op het deksel
monteren.
