H3- Changing a wheel
If the wheel needs changing while on the road, set the
forklift truck in safe conditions:
- If possible, stop the forklift truck on a level surface on
compact ground.
- Switch off the forklift truck (see: 1 – SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS AND STANDARDS: INSTRUCTIONS FOR
DRIVING WITH AND WITHOUT LOAD).
- Switch on the emergency lights.
- Apply wedges to immobilize the forklift truck in the two
directions on the axle opposite the wheel to be replaced.
- Slacken the bolts of the wheel to be changed so that they
can be removed without much effort.
- Place the jack under the semi-housing of the axle, as
close as possible to the wheel and adjust the jack.
- Lift the wheel off the ground and position the safety
support under the axle.
- Unscrew the bolts on the wheel completely and remove
them.
- Remove the wheel moving it back and forth and rotate it
on the side.
- Fit the new wheel on the hub.
- Screw the bolts manually, lubricating with grease, if
necessary.
- Remove the safety support and lower the forklift truck
using the crick.
- Tighten the wheel bolts all the way using a torque
wrench (See: 3 – MAINTENANCE: A – DAILY OR EVERY 10
HOURS OF SERVICE, for the tightening torque).
H3- Een wiel verwisselen
Indien het wiel gewisseld moet worden langs de weg,
de omgeving van de heftruck in veiligheid stellen:
- Indien mogelijk de heftruck op een stevig en horizontaal
terrein zetten.
- De heftruck uitzetten (zie: 1 - AANWIJZINGEN EN
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN: INSTRUCTIES MET
BETREKKING TOT HET RIJDEN ONBELAST EN MET EEN
LADING).
- Zet de paniekverlichting aan.
- Plaats de wiggen om de heftruck te blokkeren in de twee
richtingen op de as tegenover het te vervangen wiel.
- De moeren van het wiel dat verwisseld moet worden
losdraaien totdat ze zonder moeite verwijderd kunnen
worden.
- De krik onder het ashuis plaatsen, zo dicht mogelijk bij
het wiel en de krik regelen.
- Opkrikken totdat het wiel niet meer in contact met de
grond staat en de veiligheidsstut onder de as plaatsen.
- De wielbouten helemaal losdraaien en ze verwijderen.
- Het wiel losmaken m.b.v. heen- en weerbewegingen en
het op de zijkant rollen.
- Het nieuwe wiel op de naaf schuiven.
- De bouten met de hand aandraaien, ze zo nodig invetten.
- De veiligheidsstut verwijderen en de heftruck met de krik
laten zakken.
- De wielbouten aandraaien m.b.v. een sleutel met
regelbare koppel (zie: 3 - ONDERHOUD: A - DAGELIJKS OF
OM DE 10 WERKUREN, voor het aandraaimoment).
H3- Sostituire una ruota
Qualora la sostituzione della ruota dovesse essere
effettuata lungo la strada, mettere in sicurezza
l'ambiente del carrello elevatore:
- Se possibile fermare il carrello elevatore in piano su un
terreno compatto.
- Spegnere il carrello elevatore (vedi: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME
DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI GUIDA A VUOTO E CON
CARICO).
- Accendere le luci di emergenza.
- Applicare cunei per immobilizzare il carrello elevatore nelle
due direzioni sull'assale opposto alla ruota da sostituire.
- Allentare i bulloni della ruota da sostituire fino a poterli
rimuovere senza grandi sforzi.
- Sistemare il cric sotto la semiscatola dell'assale, il più vicino
possibile alla ruota e regolare il cric.
- Sollevare la ruota fino a staccarla da terra e posizionare il
sostegno di sicurezza sotto l'assale.
- Svitare completamente i bulloni delle ruote e rimuoverli.
- Estrarre la ruota con movimenti di va e vieni e ruotarla sul
lato.
- Mettere la ruota nuova sul mozzo.
- Avvitare manualmente i bulloni, se necessario lubrificarli
con del grasso.
- Rimuovere il sostegno di sicurezza e abbassare il carrello
elevatore con il cric.
- Stringere a fondo i bulloni delle ruote con una chiave dina
mometrica (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: A - OGNI GIORNO O
OGNI 10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO, per la coppia di
serraggio).
