E5 -Change the oil in the gearbox
Set the truck on a horizontal surface with
the engine off and the oil in the reduction
gear still hot. Place a receptacle under
drain plug 1 (fig. E5). Remove plug 1 and
allow the oil to drain out. Remove fill and
level plug 1 (fig. E5) to ensure that all oil
has drained out. Refit and tighten plug
1 (fig. E5). Fill with oil (see “LUBRICANT”
chart) through fill and level plug 1 (fig. E5).
The level is correct when flush with the top
of the hole.
Refit and tighten fill and level plug 1 (fig.
E5).
Check for any leaks from the drain plug.

E5 - Sostituire olio scatola cambio
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
orizzontale con il motore fermo e l’olio del
riduttore ancora caldo. Porre un recipiente
sotto al tappo di svuotamento 1(fig.E5).
Togliere il tappo 1 e lasciare defluire l’olio.
Togliere il tappo di livello e riempimento
1 (fig.E5) per assicurare uno svuotamento
completo. Rimettere e serrare il tappo 1 (fig.
E5). Mettere l’olio (vedere “LUBRIFICANTI”)
attraverso il foro di livello e riempimento
1 (fig.E5). Il livello è corretto quando l’olio
affiora dal foro.
Rimettere e stringere il tappo di livello e
riempimento 1 (fig.E5).
Controllare eventuali perdite dal tappo di
svuotamento.
E5 - Skifte girkasseolje
Sett trucken på et horisontalt underlag med
motoren av og mens oljen i reduktore-
ne fremdeles er varm. Plasser en beholder
under tømmepluggen 1 (E5). Skru av plug-
gen 1 og la oljen renne ut. Ta av nivå- og
fyllepluggen 1 (fig.E5) for å kontrollere at
all oljen er tømt ut. Sett pluggen 1 på igjen
og trekk den til (fig.E5). Fyll på olje (se
“SMØREMIDLER”) gjennom nivå og fyllehul-
let 1 (fig.E5). Nivået er riktig når det renner
litt olje ut av hullet.
Sett nivå- og påfyllingspluggen 1 (fig.E5)
tilbake på plass og dra den til.
Kontroller om det lekker fra tømmeplugg-
en.
