Beskyttelse mot utilsiktede bevegelser fra
hvileposisjonen UMFS.
Denne sikkerhetsfunksjonen beskytter
systemet (truck + fjernstyring) mot utilsiktede
bevegelser, dvs. truckbevegelser som ikke
aktiveres direkte av operatøren, men skyldes
eventuelle elektriske og mekaniske feil i
fjernstyringen.
Dette vernet kontrollerer den nøytrale
posisjonen (hvileposisjonen) til aktuatorene
som styrer truckbevegelsene. Hver gang en
av disse aktuatorene aktiveres, overfører
senderen både bevegelseskommandoen og
SAFETY-kommandoen.
I noen applikasjoner er utgangene for
disse kommandoene seriekoblet. I andre
applikasjoner styrer utgangene for SAFETY-
kommandoen truckens sikkerhetsanordning.
ADVARSLER
I tillegg til alle anvisningene fra
truckprodusenten, fjernstyringsinstallatøren og
sikkerhetsansvarlige ved bedriften, må du alltid
overholde følgende anvisninger.
Før arbeidet startes.
Senderen skal brukes på en enkel og bekvem
måte. Unngå å miste den i gulvet. Selen som
følger med fjernstyringen er laget til dette
formålet.
Still deg i en posisjon hvor du kan kontrollere
både den fjernstyrte trucken og lastens
bevegelser direkte. Sørg også for at arbeidet
kan utføres på en forsvarlig måte i forhold til
andre oppgaver, aktiviteter eller produksjon
som utføres på arbeidsplassen.
Ikke start eller bruk senderen i arbeidssituasjoner
hvor du kan miste balansen eller snuble.
Kontroller alltid riktig mekanisk funksjon av
STOPP-knappen. Ikke bruk fjernstyringen
hvis det er umulig eller vanskelig å trykke på
knappen.
Ikke start senderen med mindre du skal
begynne å arbeide. Feil bruk kan forårsake
farlige situasjoner.
Ikke start eller bruk senderen i lukkede
omgivelser, utenfor synsfeltet eller
fjernstyringens normale senderadius. I disse
tilfellene er det fortsatt mulig å opprette en
radiotilkobling og du risikerer å gi den fjernstyrte
trucken uønskede kommandoer.
Under normal bruk.
Oppretthold visuell kontroll over alle truckens
og lastens bevegelser og hold deg innenfor
fjernkontrollens senderadius.
Vær oppmerksom på varsler, lys- og lydsignaler.
Ta alle forholdsregler og gjør de nødvendige
tiltakene for å hindre at bevegelsen til den
fjernstyrte trucken kan forårsake farlige
situasjoner for personer og/eller gjenstander.
Vær oppmerksom på hele arbeidsområdet
og trykk umiddelbart på STOPP-knappen i en
faresituasjon.

This safety function protects the system
“machine+radio remote control” from
unintended movements, namely machine
movements not activated intentionally by the
user, but resulting from possible electrical
and mechanical failure of the radio remote
control.
Such safety function checks the neutral
(rest) position of the actuators that control
the machine’s movements. Each time one of
those actuators is operated, the transmitting
unit sends both the movement command
and the “SAFETY” command.
Depending on the specific application,
outputs related to these commands
are wired in series; alternatively the SAFETY
command’s outputs drive the safety device
provided on the machine.
WARNINGS
In addition to all instructions provided by the
machine manufacturer, by the installer of
the radio remote control and by the person
responsible for the safety of the
work area, users shall always respect the
following warnings.
Before starting to work.
The transmitting unit shall be used in a simple
and comfortable way, avoiding
accidental falls. The harness provided with
the radio remote control
serves as such.
Stand in a position that allows the direct
supervision of the remote controlled
machine and its load, and stay in a place
ensuring safety conditions in
respect of other operations and/or activities
and/or processes that are carried
out in the working environment.
Never start up or use the transmitting unit if
the working conditions present
the risk of losing balance or tripping.
Always check that the mechanical operation
of the STOP pushbutton is correct.
If it is impossible or difficult to press this
pushbutton, do not use the radio remote
control.
Only start up the transmitting unit when
starting work: improper use may
cause hazardous situations.
Never start up or use the transmitting unit in
closed spaces, with the machine
not in sight, or outside the radio remote
control typical working range: in such cases
it is in fact still possible to build a radio
link, thus causing the risk that unwanted
commands be carried out by the machine.
During normal operation
Visually and directly follow all movements of
the machine and its load and
remain inside the radio remote control
working range.
Pay particular attention to warnings and visual
and acoustic signals, and
take all measurements and steps to avoid
that movements of the remote controlled
machine may lead to hazardous situations for
people and/or property.
Pay attention to the entire work area.

Questa funzione di sicurezza protegge il
sistema “macchina+radiocomando” dai
movimenti non voluti, intesi come i movimenti
della macchina non attivati
dall’operatore in modo volontario, ma causati
da eventuali guasti elettrici e meccanici del
radiocomando.
Questa protezione controlla la posizione neutra
(di riposo) degli attuatori che comandano i
movimenti nella macchina. Ogni volta che
viene azionato uno di questi attuatori, l’unità
trasmittente invia sia il comando di movimento
che il comando
SAFETY.
A seconda dell’applicazione, le uscite
relative a questi comandi sono cablate in
serie oppure le uscite del comando SAFETY
pilotano il dispositivo di sicurezza previsto
sulla macchina.
AVVERTENZE
Oltre a tutte le indicazioni imposte dal
costruttore della macchina, dall’installatore
del radiocomando e dal responsabile della
sicurezza dell’area di lavoro, un’operatore dovrà
sempre rispettare le seguenti avvertenze.
Prima di iniziare a lavorare.
L’unità trasmittente deve esser utilizzata in
modo agevole e comodo evitando che possa
cadere accidentalmente. La cinghia fornita con
il radiocomando serve a tale scopo.
Collocarsi in una posizione che consenta
il controllo diretto della macchina da lui
radiocomandata e dei movimenti del carico,
nonché in una posizione che garantisca le
sue condizioni di sicurezza rispetto alle altre
operazioni e/o attività e/o lavorazioni che si
svolgono nel luogo di lavoro.
Non avviare o utilizzare mai l’unità trasmittente
in situazioni lavorative in cui si possa perdere
l’equilibrio o si possa inciampare.
Verifica sempre il corretto funzionamento
meccanico del pulsante STOP. Se risultasse
impossibile o difficile azionare tale pulsante,
non utilizzare il radiocomando.
Non avviare mai l’unità trasmittente se non per
iniziare a lavorare: l’uso improprio potrebbe
causare situazioni di pericolo.
Non avviare o azionare mai l’unità trasmittente
in posti chiusi, fuori visibilità o fuori dal raggio
di azione tipico del radiocomando: anche
in questi casi è infatti possibile creare un
collegamento radioelettrico con il rischio di far
eseguire dei comandi non voluti alla macchina
radiocomandata.
Durante il normale funzionamento.
Seguire mediante controllo visivo diretto
tutti i movimenti della macchina e del carico
rimanendo all’interno del raggio di azione del
radiocomando.
Prestare attenzione agli avvisi e alle
segnalazioni visive e acustiche e adottare
tutte le precauzioni e le azioni necessarie
ad evitare che il movimento della macchina
radiocomandata possa creare situazioni di
pericolo per le persone e/o le cose.
Prestare attenzione a tutta l’area di lavoro
e intervenire immediatamente premendo
il pulsante di STOP quando si verifica una
situazione di pericolo.
Evitare di toccare la parte metallica dell’unità
