B - Vedlikehold.
-
Det er påbudt å utføre vedlikehold
og holde trucken i god tilstand ifølge
gjeldende bestemmelser.
-
Utfør det daglige vedlikeholdet (se
kapittel A - DAGLIG ELLER HVER 10.
DRIFTSTIME i del 3 - VEDLIKEHOLD).
- Ikke start motoren uten luftfilter, eller
hvis det finnes lekkasjer av olje, vann eller
drivstoff.
Vent til motoren har kjølt seg ned før du
tar av radiatorlokket.
- Skift ut filtrene (se utskiftingsintervall
i kapittel FILTER OG REMMER i del 3 -
VEDLIKEHOLD).
C - Nivå.

Bruk anbefalte smøremidler. Bruk aldri
brukte smøremidler.
- Ikke fyll opp drivstofftanken når motoren
er i gang.
- Etterfyll kun drivstoff i bestemte områder.
D - Rengjøring.
- Rengjør trucken, eller gjeldende del, før
ethvert inngrep.
- Ikke glem å lukke døren og bakvinduet i
førerhuset.
- Under rengjøringen må du unngå å
væte leddene, de elektriske delene og
elektriske koblingene.
Beskytt eventuelt de delene som
kan skades av vann, damp eller
rengjøringsmidlene, og da spesielt de
elektriske delene og koblingene og
innsprøytningspumpen.

Rengjør trucken for drivstoff, olje og fett.
For inngrep som ikke er oppført
under ordinært vedlikehold, kontakt
representanten eller forhandleren.
B - Maintenance.
-
The maintenance and the keeping
in compliance of the lift truck are
compulsory.
-
Carry out daily maintenance (See chapter
: A - DAILY OR EVERY 10 HOURS SERVICE
in paragraph : 3 - MAINTENANCE).
-
Do not run the I.C. engine without air
filter, or with oil, water or fuel leaks.
Wait for the I. C engine to cool before
removing the radiator cap.

Change the filter cartridges (See
servicing schedules in chapter :
FILTERS CARTRIDGES AND BELTS in
paragraph : 3 - MAINTENANCE).
C - Levels.
-
Use the recommended lubricants (Never
use contaminated lubricants).
-
Do not fill the fuel tank when the I.C.
engine is running.
- Only fill up the fuel tank in areas
specified for this purpose.
D - Washing.
-
Clean the lift truck or at least the area
concerned before any intervention.
- Remember to close the door and the rear
window of the cab.
- During washing, avoid the articulations
and electrical components and
connections.
If necessary, protect against penetration
of water, steam or cleaning agents,
components susceptible of being
damaged, particularly electrical
components and connections and the
injection pump.
- Clean the lift truck of any fuel, oil or
grease trace.
For any intervention other than regular
maintenance, consult your dealer.
B - Manutenzione.
-
La manutenzione e il mantenimento dello
stato di conformità del carrello elevatore
sono obbligatori.
-
Effettuare la manutenzione giornaliera
(Vedi capitolo : A - OGNI GIORNO O OGNI
10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO nella parte :
3 - MANUTENZIONE).
- Non far funzionare il motore termico
senza il filtro dell’aria o con perdite
d’olio, d’acqua o di combustibile.
Aspettare il raffreddamento del
motore termico prima di rimuovere
il tappo del radiatore.
- Sostituire le cartucce dei filtri (Vedi
periodicità di sostituzione nel capitolo
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE nella
parte : 3 - MANUTENZIONE).
C - Livelli.
-
Utilizzare i lubrificanti raccomandati (Non
utilizzare mai lubrificanti usati).
- Non riempire il serbatoio del
combustibile quando il motore termico
è in funzione.
- Effettuare il pieno di combustibile solo
negli appositi spazi previsti a tale
scopo.
D - Lavaggio.
- Pulire il carrello elevatore, o al meno la
parte interessata, prima di ogni
intervento.
- Non dimenticare di chiudere la porta e
il lunotto posteriore della cabina.
- Durante il lavaggio, evitare di bagnare
le articolazioni, i componenti e
collegamenti elettrici.
Se necessario proteggere dall’acqua,
dal vapore o dai prodotti detergenti,
i componenti che rischiano di venire
danneggiati, in particolare i componenti e
i collegamenti elettrici e la pompa
d’iniezione.

Pulire il carrello elevatore da ogni traccia
di combustibile, d’olio o di grasso.
Per ogni intervento che non rientri nella
manutenzione ordinaria, rivolgetevi al
vostro agente o concessionario.
