RIMESSA IN SERVIZIO DELLA
MACCHINA
Prima di riprendere il lavoro dopo una
lunga inattività è necessario:
- Rimontare la batteria, dopo averla
ricaricata.
- Controllare la pressione dei pneumatici.
- Pulire la macchina dal grasso di
protezione.
- Controllare tutti i livelli dei lubrificanti ed
eventualmente rabboccare.
- Sostituire il filtro dell’aria di combustione.
- Ingrassare tutti gli organi provvisti di
ingrassatori.
- Avviare il motore della macchina e farlo
funzionare a vuoto per una
decina di minuti.
- Far funzionare la macchina a vuoto e
verificare tutti i movimenti.
- Far controllare e pulire gli anelli
trasmettitori del collettore elettrico
rotante (dopo 3 mesi di inattività)
Rivolgersi al Vostro agente o concessionario.
PUTTING THE MACHINE BACK
INTO OPERATION
Before restarting work after a prolonged
lay-off, proceed as follows:
- Replace the battery, after recharging.
- Check the tyre pressure.
- Clean the machine to remove the
protective grease.
- Check all lubricant levels and top up if
necessary.
- Change the combustion air filter.
- Grease all components fitted with grease
nipples.
- Start the engine and run it idle for about
ten minutes.
- Operate the machine without load and
check all movements.
- Have the rotary electrical slip rings
checked and cleaned (after 3 months of
shutdown)

PUESTA EN SERVICIO DE LA
MAQUINA
Antes de volver a iniciar el trabajo después
de un largo periodo de
inactividad es necesario:
- Volver a montar la batería, después de
haberla recargado.
- Controlar la presión de los neumáticos.
- Limpiar la máquina de la grasa de
protección.
- Controlar todos los niveles de
lubrificación y eventualmente rellenar.
- Sustituir el filtro del aire de combustión.
- Engrasar todos los órganos provistos de
engrasador.
- Poner en marcha el motor de la máquina
y hacerlo funcionar en vacío durante
unos diez minutos.
- Hacer funcionar la máquina en vacío y
comprobar todos los movimientos.
- Hacer controlar y limpiar los anillos de
transmisión del colector eléctrico rotativo
(después de 3 meses de inactividad)
