RADIOCONTROL SWITCH

ENGINE BRAKE SWITCH
The engine brake decelerates the telehan-
dler without using mechanical friction in
order to avoid the overheating of the brake
system.
This brake is mainly used in the long de-
scents, and it allows to brake the vehicle
without stressing the brakes.
Press the switch (2,
3.22) to enable or
disable the engine brake.
On the control panel an (2a,
3.22) orange
indicator light indicates that the function
is active (e paragraph: “Instrument control
panel”).
On the switch (2,
3.22) the LED
(1,
3.22) comes on to indicate that the
function is active.
The engine brake allows two stages of de-
celeration (0, 1a, 1b,
3.22), a low and an
intense one.
Operating conditions of the engine brake.
The engine brake only works if:
- the engine water temperature is > 60°C
- the accelerator pedal is not pressed
- the revs of the I.C. engine are > 1100
rpm

IMPORTANT! In order to
maintain the braking power of
the engine brake, the speed shall
not exceed 42 km/h. If required,
slow down the machine by
pressing the service brake pedal.
If the speed of the machine
exceeds 42 km/h, the driver will
be warned by an alarm sound
and an optical signal “BRAKE”
on the tachometer.

INTERRUTTORE FRENO MOTORE
Il freno motore decelera il sollevatore
telescopico senza usare frizione meccanica
per evitare il surriscaldamento del sistema
frenante.
Questo freno è principalmente utilizzato
nelle lunghe discese, e permette di frenare
la macchina senza sollecitare i freni.
Premere l’interruttore (2,
3.22) per
attivare o disattivare il freno motore.
Sul pannello di controllo una spia arancione
(2a,
3.22) indica che la funzione è attiva
(e paragrafo: “Strumenti e pannello di
controllo”).
Sul interruttore (2,
3.22) il led si accende
(1,
3.22) per indicare che la funzione è
attiva.
Il freno motore consente due fasi di
decelerazione (0, 1a,1b,
3.22) una bassa
ed una intensa.
Condizioni di funzionamento del freno
motore.
Il freno motore funziona solo se:
- l’acqua motore è > 60 °C
- il Pedale dell’acceleratore non è premuto
- i giri del motore termico sono > di 1100
rpm.

IMPORTANTE! Per mantenere
la massima potenza frenante
del freno motore, non superare
i 42 km/h di velocità. Se
necessario rallentare la velocità
della macchina premendo il
pedale dei freni di servizio.
Se la velocità della macchina
supera i 42 km/h, il guidatore
viene avvisato da un allarme
sonoro e da una segnalazione
ottica su tachimetro “BRAKE”
(frenare).

INTERRUPTOR MANDO A DISTANCIA

INTERRUPTOR FRENO MOTOR
El freno motor desacelera el elevador
telescópico sin usar embrague mecánico,
para evitar el sobrecalentamiento del
sistema de frenado.
Este freno se utiliza principalmente en los
descensos prolongados, y permite frenar la
máquina sin esforzar los frenos.
Pulsar el interruptor (2,
3.22) para activar
o desactivar el freno motor.
En el panel de control un testigo anaranjado
(2a,3.22) indica que la función está
activa (y párrafo: “Instrumentos y panel de
control”).
En el interruptor (2,3.22) el LED se
enciende (1,3.22) para indicar que la
función está activada.
El freno motor permite dos fases de
deceleración (0, 1a,1b,3.22), una baja y
otra intensa.
Condiciones de funcionamiento del freno
motor.
El freno motor solo funciona i:
- el agua del motor es > a 60 °C
- el pedal del acelerador no está
presionado
- las revoluciones del motor térmico son
> a 1100 rpm.

¡IMPORTANTE! Para mantener
la máxima potencia de
frenado del freno motor,
no superar los 42 km/h de
velocidad. Si fuera necesario
desacelerar la velocidad de
la máquina presionando el
pedal de los frenos de servicio.
Si la velocidad de la máquina
supera los 42 km/h, el conductor
es advertido por una alarma
sonora y por una señalización
visual en el velocímetro "BRAKE"
(frenar).
