mely dusty or oxidising
atmosphere, reduce this interval to 10
working hours or every day.
B5 – Grease the telescopic boom

B7 – Grease the pivots of the rod
side (fig.B7/1) and bottom side
forks inclination cylinder (fig.B7/2).

Da effettuare ogni settimana se il carrello non

Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
In caso di utilizzo intenso in atmosfera molto
polverosa o ossidante, ridurre questa periodici-
tà a 10 ORE di funzionamento o ogni giorno.
B5 - Ingrassare il perno di articolazione del
braccio telescopico (fig.B5).
B6 - Ingrassare il perno di articolazione del-
l’attacco rapido (fig.B6).
B7 - Ingrassare i perni del martinetto incli-
nazione forche lato stelo (fig.B7/1) e
lato fondello (fig.B7/2).
B8 - Ingrassare i perni del martinetto di
sollevamento lato fondello 5 (fig.B8/1) e
lato stelo 6 (fig.B8/2).

Operację tę należy wykonywać co tydzień, jeśli
wózek podnośnikowy jest eksploatowany mniej
niż 50 godzin tygodniowo.
Podnieść wysięgnik i umieścić klin zabez-
pieczający na tłoczysku siłownika pod-
noszenia (patrz: 1 - INSTRUKCJE I ZASADY
DOTYCZĄCE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA: INSTRUKCJE
DOTYCZĄCE KONSERWACJI WÓZKA
PODNOŚNIKOWEGO).
W przypadku dłuższej eksploatacji w skraj-
nie zapylonej lub utleniającej atmosferze
czas ten należy skrócić do 10 godzin pracy
lub wykonywać operację codziennie.
B5 - Nasmarować sworzeń przegubu
wysięgnika teleskopowego (rys. B5).
B6 - Nasmarować sworzeń przegubu szyb-
kozłącza (rys. B6).
B7 - Nasmarować sworzeń siłownika poc-
hylania wideł po stronie tłoczyska (rys.
B7/1) i po stronie pokrywy (rys. B7/2).
B8 - Nasmarować sworznie siłownika
