STABILIZERS EXTENSION CHAINS LUBRICATION
PROCEDURE
The operator on the ground must:
1-Remove the guards on the stabilizers
to access the greasing points of the
extension and retraction chains of the
stabilizer beam.
2-Connect the extension tube to the
pneumatic grease nipple (air operated
grease pump) or similar device
3-Connect the free end to the grease
nipple on the stabilizer
4-Activate the grease pump
5-Pay attention to the movements of the
stabilizer and the extension tube.
The operator in the cab must:
6-Accelerate the I.C. engine
7-Command the extension of the boom
to reach the maximum extension, with
attention to the position of the operator
on the ground
8-Command the retraction of the boom
to reach the maximum retraction, with
attention to the position of the operator
on the ground
Repeat the chains lubrication procedure for
each stabilizer boom (4)

PROCEDURE
The operator on the ground must:
1-Remove the guards on the stabilizers to

PROCEDURA DI LUBRIFICAZIONE CATENE DI SFILO
STABILIZZATORI
L’operatore a terra deve :
1-Rimuovere i ripari sugli stabilizzatori per
accedere ai punti di ingrassaggio delle
catene sfilo e rientro della trave stabiliz-
zatrice.
2-Collegare il tubo prolunga all’ingrassatore
pneumatico (aeropulsometro) o similare.
3-Collegare l’estremità libera al ingrassatore
sullo stabilizzatore,
4-Attivare la pompa di ingrassaggio,
5-Prestare attenzione al movimento dello
stabilizzatore e seguire lo stesso con il
tubo prolunga.
L’operatore in cabina deve:
6-Accelerare il motore termico,
7-Comandare lo sfilo del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima estensi-
one, prestando attenzione alla posizione
dell’operatore a terra
8-Comandare il rientro del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima retrazione,
prestando attenzione alla posizione del-
l’operatore a terra.
Ripetere la procedura di lubrificazione cate-
ne per ogni braccio stabilizzatore (n.4).
PROCEDURA DI LUBRIFICAZIONE CATENE DI RIENTRO
STABILIZZATORI
L’operatore a terra deve :
1-Rimuovere i ripari sugli stabilizzatori per
accedere ai punti di ingrassaggio delle cate-
ne sfilo e rientro della trave stabilizzatrice.
2-Collegare il tubo prolunga all’ingrassatore
pneumatico (aeropulsometro) o similare.
3-Collegare l’estremità libera al ingrassatore
sullo stabilizzatore.
4-Attivare la pompa di ingrassaggio.
5-Prestare attenzione al movimento dello
stabilizzatore e seguire lo stesso con il tubo
prolunga.
L’operatore in cabina deve:
6-Accelerare il motore termico,
7-Comandare lo sfilo del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima estensione,
prestando attenzione alla posizione dell’ope-
ratore a terra.
8-Comandare il rientro del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima retrazione,
prestando attenzione alla posizione dell’ope-
ratore a terra.

PROCEDUR SMAROWANIA ŁAŃCUCHÓW WYSUWA-
NIA STABILIZATORÓW
Operator na ziemi musi:
1-Zdjąć osłony stabilizatorów w celu uzys-
kania dostępu do punktów smarowania
łańcuchów wysuwania i cofania belki
stabilizatora.
2-Podłączyć przewód rurowy przedłużacza
do smarownicy pneumatycznej (sma-
rownica z pompą pneumatyczną) lub
podobnej.
3-Podłączyć wolną końcówkę do smarowni-
cy na stabilizatorze,
4-Uruchomić pompę smarowania,
5-Uważać na ruch stabilizatora i nadążając
za nim z przewodem przedłużacza.
Operator w kabinie musi:
6-Zwiększać prędkość silnika spalinowego,
7-Sterować wysuwaniem ramienia do
osiągnięcia maksymalnej długości, zwra-
cając uwagę na pozycję operatora na
ziemi
8-Sterować cofaniem ramienia do osiąg-
nięcia maksymalnego wycofania, zwracając
uwagę na pozycję operatora na ziemi.
Powtórzyć procedurę smarowania łańcuchów
dla każdego ramienia stabilizatora (4 szt.).
PROCEDURA SMAROWANIA ŁAŃCUCHÓW WYSUWA-
NIA STABILIZATORÓW
Operator na ziemi musi:
1-Zdjąć osłony stabilizatorów w celu uzys-
kania dostępu do punktów smarowania łań-
cuchów wysuwania i cofania belki stabilizatora.
2-Podłączyć przewód rurowy przedłużacza
do smarownicy pneumatycznej (smarownica
z pompą pneumatyczną) lub podobnej.
3-Podłączyć wolną końcówkę do smarowni-
cy na stabilizatorze.
4-Uruchomić pompę smarowania.
5-Uważać na ruch stabilizatora i nadążając za
nim z przewodem przedłużacza.
Operator w kabinie musi:
