E1 - Change the hydraulic and transmis-
sion oil
E2 - Replacing the hydraulic system suc-
tion filter cartridges
Place the lift truck on level ground with the
engine stopped and telescope boom
retracted and lowered as far as possible.
Before any intervention, thoroughly clean
the area surrounding the drain plug and
the suction strainer on the hydraulic tank.
Use a clean container and funnel and
clean the underside of the oil drum before
filling.
Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological
manner.
Draining the oil
- Remove the protective casing 1(E1/E2).
- Place a container under drain plug 2 (E1/
E2) and unscrew the plug.
- remove filling plug 3 to ensure that the oil
is drained properly.
Replacing the breather
- unscrew the breather 4 (E1/E2) and replace
it with a new one (see: 3 - maintenance:
filters, cartridges and belts).
Cleaning the strainer
- Disconnect hose 5 (E1/E2).
- Remove and clean the suction strainer 6
(E1/E2) using a compressed air jet, check

E1 - Sostituire olio idraulico e trasmis-
sione
E2 - Sostituzione delle cartucce filtro di
aspirazione impianto idraulico
Mettere il carrello elevatore in piano, con il
motore termico spento e il braccio rientrato
e abbassato al massimo.
Prima di ogni intervento, pulire accurata-
mente intorno ai tappi di scarico e alla
succhieruola di aspirazione del serbatoio
idraulico.
Utilizzare un recipiente e un imbuto molto
pulito. Pulire inoltre la parte superiore del
bidone d’olio prima del riempimento.
Smaltire l’olio di scarico nel rispetto del-
l’ambiente.
Scarico dell’olio
- Rimuovere il carter di protezione 1 (E1/E2).
- Mettere un recipiente sotto il tappo di sca-
rico 2 (E1/E2) e svitarlo.
- Togliere il tappo di riempimento 3 (E1/E2)
per facilitare lo scarico.
Sostituzione dello sfiatatoio
- Svitare lo sfiatatoio 4 (E1/E2) e sostituirlo
con uno nuovo (vedere:3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
Pulizia della succhieruola
- Scollegare il tubo 5 (E1/E2).
- Svitare la succhieruola di aspirazione 6
(E1/E2),

Ustawić wózek w poziomie, zatrzymać silnik,
wycofać wysięgnik teleskopowy i opuścić
go możliwie jak najniżej.
Przed rozpoczęciem jakichkolwiek czyn-
ności oczyścić starannie strefę obok
korków spustowych i smoka zasysającego
zbiornika hydraulicznego.
Używać czystego pojemnika i lejka. Przed
napełnieniem oczyścić górną część kanistra
oleju.
Zużyty olej usunąć zgodnie z zasadami
ochrony środowiska.
Spust oleju
- Zdjąć osłonę zabezpieczającą 1 (E1/E2).
- Pod korkiem spustowym 2 (E1/E2) umieścić
pojemnik i odkręcić korek.
- Zdjąć korek napełniania 3 (E1/E2), aby usp-
rawnić spływanie oleju.
Wymiana odpowietrznika
- Wykręcić odpowietrznik 4 (E1/E2) i wymie-
nić go na nowy (patrz:3 - KONSERWACJA:
WKŁADY FILTRÓW I PASY).
Czyszczenie smoka
- Odłączyć przewód rurowy 5 (E1/E2).
- Odkręcić smok zasysania 6 (E1/E2),
