E5 - Change the gearbox oil and clean
speed sensor
Operation to be carried out the first time after
100 hours of service, periodically every 1000
hours of service.
Position the forklift truck on level ground,
with the engine switched off and the oil in
the gearbox still hot.
Place a container under the drainage plug 1
(E5). Unscrew plug 1 (E5) and let the oil flow
out. Remove the filler plug 2 (E5) to ensure
complete drainage.
Refit the plug and tighten it 1 (E5).
Speed sensor cleaning 5 (E5/1):
- Loosen the screw and remove the speed
sensor 1 (E5/1).
- Loosen the screw and remove the speed
sensor 2 (E5/1).
- Install the speed sensor, and tighten the
screw to a torque of 9,5 - 11 N·m 3 (E5/1).
- Install the speed sensor, and tighten the
screw to a torque of 9,5 - 11 N·m 4 (E5/1).
Fill the cup with the right quantity of
new hydraulic oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) through the filler
hole 2.1 (E5).
Refit the filler plug 2 (E5).
When the oil is hot, check the level and top
up, if necessary.
The oil level is correct when the optical indi-
cator is full 3 (E5).
Check for leakage from the drainage plug.

Operazione da effettuare la prima volta al rag-
giungimento delle 100 ore di lavoro, periodica-
mente ogni 1000 ore di lavoro.
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie oriz-
zontale con il motore fermo e l’olio della scatola
cambio ancora caldo.
Porre un recipiente sotto al tappo di scarico 1 (E5).
Svitare il tappo 1 (E5) e lasciare defluire l’olio.
Togliere il tappo di carico 2 (E5) per assicurare uno
svuotamento completo.
Rimontare e serrare il tappo di scarico 1 (E5).
Pulire il sensore di velocità 5 (E5/1):
- Allentare la vite e rimuovere il sensore di velocità
1 (E5/1).
- Allentare la vite e rimuovere il sensore di velocità
2 (E5/1).
- Installare il sensore di velocità, e stringere la vite
con una coppia di 9,5 - 11 N · m. 3 (E5/1)
- Installare il sensore di velocità, e stringere la vite
con una coppia di 9,5 - 11 N · m 4 (E5/1).
Riempire la coppa del cambio con olio idraulico
fresco e con la giusta quantità di olio (vedere: 3 -
MANUTENZIONE: LUBRIFICANTI E CARBURANTE)
attraverso il foro di carico 2.1 (E5).
Rimontare il tappo di carico 2 (E5).
Quando la temperatura dell’olio è calda controllare
il livello dell’olio e se necessario rabboccare.
Il livello di olio è corretto quando l’indicatore ottico
è pieno 3 (E5).
Controllare eventuali perdite dal tappo di scarico.

wyczyścić czujnik prędkości
Operację wykonać po raz pierwszy po 100 god-
zinach pracy, okresowo wykonywać co 1000
godzin pracy.
Ustawić wózek na poziomej powierzchni z wyłąc-
zonym silnikiem i jeszcze ciepłym olejem skrzyni
biegów.
Pod korkiem spustowym 1 (E5) umieścić odpo-
wiedni pojemnik.
Odkręcić korek 1 (E5) i pozwolić, aby olej wypłynął.
Wyjąć korek napełniania 2 (E5) w celu zapewnienia
dokładnego opróżnienia.
Założyć i dokręcić korek spustowy 1 (E5).
Wyczyścić czujnik biegu 5 (E5/1):
- Poluzować śrubę i wyjąć czujnik prędkości 1 (E5/1).
- Poluzować śrubę i wyjąć czujnik prędkości 2 (E5/1).
- Zainstalować czujnik prędkości i dokręcić momen-
tem 9,5 - 11 Nm śrubę 3 (E5/1)
- Zainstalować czujnik biegu i dokręcić momentem
9,5 - 11 Nm śrubę 4 (E5/1).
Napełnić miskę skrzyni biegów odpowiednią
ilością świeżego oleju (patrz: 3 - KONSERWACJA:
ŚRODKI SMARNE I PALIWO) przez otwór wlewowy
2.1 (E5).
Założyć korek napełniania 2 (E5).
Kiedy olej osiągnie wysoką temperaturę sprawdzić
jego poziom i, jeżeli jest to konieczne, uzupełnić.
Poziom oleju jest prawidłowy, kiedy wskaźnik opty-
czny jest pełny 3 (E5).
Sprawdzić, czy pojawiają się ewentualnie wycieki
spod korka spustowego.
