A8 - CONDITION AND ATTACHMENT OF FORK OR TOOL (except STACKY 14)
CHECK
The fork or tool must not show any visible signs of damage, such as: deformation, cracking or heavy wear.
The fork or tool must be securely attached to avoid any risk of accident. Check the tightening of the two screws holding the fork
or the tool on the carriage.
A9 - TILLER ARM AUTOMATIC RETURN TO VERTICAL POSITION
CHECK
Place the tiller arm in the horizontal position and release it. It must automatically return to the vertical position.
A10 - BUTTERFLY CONTROL SWITCHES RETURN TO NEUTRAL POSITION
CHECK
Operate the stacker buttery control switches in forward and reverse directions. They must return to the neutral position.
A11 - EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
CHECK
Operate the emergency stop button with key switch is in the ON position. The electrical power supply must be switched o and
thus any travel, raise and lower movements. The battery charge indicator light must go out.
A12 - HORN
CHECK
Check the operation of the horn by pressing the button on the tiller arm.
A13 - ANTI-CRUSHING SAFETY DEVICE
CHECK
The anti-crushing safety device is situated on the end of the tiller arm. The button is red. Start the stacker moving and press the
safety button. The direction of travel must be reversed for a few moments before the stacker comes to a halt.
