C - EVERY SIX MONTHS
Carry out the operations described previously as well as the following operations :
C1 - MAST
GREASE
Clean and lubricate the following points with grease (see : 3 - MAINTENANCE : LUBRICANTS) and remove surplus grease.
SK 10 FR S16, SK 10 LE S16, SK 14 :
- the mast guide rails (1) (g. C1/1) and the surface of the slide pads (2) (g. C1/1).
SK 10 FR D28 and SK 10 LE D28 :
- the guide rails of the moving frame (1) (g. C1/2), the contact surface of the slide pad (2) (g. C1/2), and the contact surface
of the brass screws (3) (g. C1/3).
C2 - CYLINDER CONDITION, SEAL AND ATTACHMENT
CHECK
Check the condition of the cylinder. It must be free of any traces of leaking oil.
STACKY 10 : the cylinder is secured to the chassis by a screw located under it. Check the tightening of this screw with a tightening
torque of 190 Nm (±20%) (1) (g. C2/1).
STACKY 14 : the cylinder is secured to the chassis by the chain attachment screw. Check the tightening of the nuts with a tightening
torque of 175 Nm (±20%) (2) (g. C2/2).
C3 - ELECTRIC CIRCUIT OPERATION
CHECK
Insert the key in the switch and turn clockwise. Operate the buttons on the tiller arm and the buttery switches to check the
correct operation of each control.
