Carry out the operations described previously as well as the following operations :
B1 - TIGHTENING OF WHEEL NUTS
CHECK
Check the tightening of the nuts and screws :
- of the drive wheel with a tightening torque of 125 Nm (±15%) (1) (g. B1/1),
- of the stabiliser wheel spindle with a tightening torque of 70 Nm (±20%) (2) (g. B1/2),
- of the roller pins with a tightening torque of 40 Nm (±20%) (3) (g. B1/3).
B2 - TIGHTENING OF SCREWS AND NUTS OF SUPPORT LEGS
CHECK

Check the play between the support legs and the chassis. If necessary, perform the same
operations as for support leg adjustment :
- check that the stacker is on level ground,
- sling the stacker,
- lift the stacker with an overhead crane,
- loosen lock nuts (1) (g. B2),
- loosen screws (2) and (3) (g. B2),
- adjust the support leg spacing, keeping them symmetrical,
- bring the screws into contact without tightening,
- set down the stacker,
- tighten screws (2) (g. B2),
- tighten screws (3) (g. B2),
- tighten lock nuts (1) (g. B2).
B3 - TIGHTNESS OF HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS
CHECK
Check all hydraulic couplings for leaks.
B4 - WIRING
CHECK
Check the condition of the wiring and the electrical connections.
