HOW TO SET ID
If using the PM-15S1 by itself as a stereo amplifier, set the ID
to 0. When the PM-15S1 is shipped from the factory, the ID
is set to 0.
When the ID is set to a number other than 0, the PM-
15S1 cannot be used for standalone operation.
The ID number of the PM-15S1 appears on the display for
about 3 seconds after power is activated.
When multiple PM-15S1s are connected, a unique ID number
must be set for each one in order to distinguish between them.
The PM-15S1 that centrally controls the other PM-15S1s takes
ID 1. The PM-15S1 with ID 1 is called the master. The other
PM-15S1s that synchronize with the master are called slaves
and take IDs 2 - 4. ID numbers must not be the same for
any two units.
Set ID numbers as follows.
1. While pressing and holding the DISPLAY button, press the
POWER ON/OFF button.
2. Turn the INPUT SELECTOR knob to the desired ID number.
When finished setting the ID number, turn power to the PM-
15S1 OFF. The setting is stored in memory and becomes active
the next time power to the PM-15S1 activated.
