Troubleshooting
Overview of error codes
PAN and PAN LOCKED
Cause Remedy
The pan motor (1) is faulty. Replace the motor.
The pan encoder (2) is faulty. Replace the encoder PCBA.
The pan motor driver on the PCBA for pan-
tilt (3) is faulty.
Replace the driver PCBA and update the
software.
The wiring connection (4) between the pan
encoder and the PCBA for pan-tilt is faulty.
Replace the wire set.

The tilt motor (1) is faulty. Replace the motor.
The tilt encoder (2) is faulty. Replace the encoder PCBA.
The tilt motor driver on the PCBA (3) for
pan-tilt is faulty.
Replace the driver PCBA and update the
software.
The wiring connection (4) between the tilt
encoder and the PCBA for pan-tilt is faulty.
Replace the wire set.
The tilt function (5) is locked Unlock the tilt function
