1.4 Maintenance
1.4.1 Repairs should only be implemented by trained
personnel.
1.4.2 Remove test leads from measurement circuits
before opening the battery cover.
1.4.3 In order to avoid incorrect readings that may cause
damage or personal injury, replace batteries as
soon as the “ ” symbol appears.
1.4.4 Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the
meter.Do not use abrasives or solvents.
1.4.5 Move the rotary switch to the OFF position when
the meter is not in use.
1.4.6 Remove the batteries if the meter is not going to
be used for an extended period of time.
