BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE have the following information available:
1. Serial number: The serial number is located either on the cart side panel, the upper rear panel of your griddle, or
on the rating plate. You can also find the serial number on the front cover of the user manual.
2. Model number: The model number is located on the front cover of the user manual, the bottom right corner of
the rating label and also on your cash register receipt.
3. Proof of purchase by the original owner.

Customer Care immediately. Missing or damaged parts should be claimed within 30 days of
purchase.
