Position the Grease Collector (12)
into the fryer body and make sure
that it is fixed by 4 guiding pins in
the fryer body as shown.
Then put the Wood Chips Box (16)
in the opening at the front of the
fryer body.
Insert the Grease Tray (7) into the
sliding slots at the bottom of the
body assembly as shown.
We suggest using a disposable
aluminum tray as a liner.
