NTPrequest.
TherightmostgreenLED(labeled:LockorSync)blinkstwicepersecondwhenthedeviceisnotlockedtoa
reference,andoncepersecondwhensyncedtoanexternalreferencesuchasGPS,PTP,TimeCode,asNTP.
