GMR1000,RS232communicationsfromastandardIBMPC
orcompatiblehostcomputercanuseastraightthrucable(3
wiresonly:pins2,3and5).ForaGMR5000anullmodem
cablemustbeused.
ThedefaultcommunicationsettingsfortheRS232portare:
9600baud,8databits,1stopbit,noparity.
The RS232 port can be configured for baud rates of 4800,
9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 and 115200, along with 7 or 8
data bits, 1or 2stop bit. Theparity bitscan beselected as
None,Odd,andEven.
