Remove existing wake shaping devices and any remaining sealant from the transom.
Disconnect and remove actuators and associated wiring for most models.
Align GEN 2 plates with transom design and mark drill holes.
Install shims for X10 & X25 models, aligning with transom contours.
Measure and mark mounting holes for actuators on the transom.
Prepare actuator mounting locations on the X-25 transom.
Extend actuator arm and attach to the surf tab plate using #12 SS screws.
Use pattern to mount actuator shims with sealant, then attach actuator.
Apply sealant to actuator foot and mount to transom with wiring.
Attach Deutsch connector, connect harness, and seal wire hole.
Use appropriate bracket, mark, attach, and center actuator on plate.
Load software via USB, enable GEN 2, and select boat model.
Adjust ballast timers if surf bags are installed.
Platform remains in the same position with no additional adjustment.
Remove and reinstall platform after installing a new bracket.
Install spacers and reinstall platform using longer screws.
