FREE SERVICE SCHEME
All owners of NEW MODELS are entitled to one FREE SERVICE AND
INSPECTION at 500 miles, or, at latest, three months after taking delivery.
This service Is arranged by the supplying dealer to whom the Free Service Voucher
must be handed. This voucher, together with the Instruction Manual, are supplied
by us upon receipt of the signed application card to be found in the tool box upon taking
delivery of a new motor cycle.
The INSPECTION AND SERVICE consists of :
(a) Check, and, if necessary, adjust :

Contact breaker points.
Sparking plug.
Clutch.
Chains.

Wheel bearings.
Brakes.
Forks, legs, and steering head.
Alignment of wheels.
Tyre pressures.

Tighten alt external nuts and bolts, including cylinder bolts and fork crown pinch
screws.
Top-up battery and check all lighting equipment.
Clean out carburetter and check (or correct idling.
Adjust and lubricate all cables.
Grease all nipples.
Drain oil system. Clean filter and replenish.
Check oil level in front chaincase.
Top-up gear box.
Test machine on the road.
NOTE—Oils, greases and materials used are chargeable to the customer.
