To resolve this, avoid fixing the incline motor tube when turning on the power. If the console continues to display error code 01A1, replace the incline motor. If auto calibration completes, follow the incline motor installation SOP to secure the incline motor. Alternatively, the error may require replacing the LCB.

  If you're encountering an encoder error on your Matrix Music Mixer, check the connection of the speed sensor cable from the LCB to the speed sensor. Also, check if LED D35 on the LCB is on when the brake is turned to the left release position. If LED D35 is off, move the stairs about 3 stairs and check to see if LED D35 is flashing. If not, replace the speed sensor. If yes, adjust the speed sensor position and clean the speed sensor of any debris, then re-test.

If the resistance data shows a short/open ohms or is outside the range of 12.8 ~ 14.2 ohms, replace the Electro-magnet. If the resistance data is in the range between 12.8 ~ 14.2 ohms, replace the LCB.
