1. For Remote Power Control, connect a power con-
trol cable from the Control Center or Preamplifier
Power Control Out to the MC2000 Power Con-
trol In.
Note: The Power Control Connecting Cable is available
from the McIntosh Parts Department:
Data and Power Control Cable Part No. 170-
202; six foot, shielded 2 conductor, with 1/8
inch stereo mini phone plugs on each end.
2. Connect the MC2000 power cord to an active AC
outlet.
Note: Make sure that the MC2000 Front Panel Power
Control is in the OFF position.
