Pre-Start Inspection Checklist
Items on this checklist should be inspected before each work shift. A copy of this checklist is available
in the notes section of this manual. Photocopy the Pre-Start Inspection Checklist to keep record of

30-Day Service
The 30 day maintenance procedure is a one-time procedure to be performed after the first 30 days or
40 hours of usage. These procedures are also performed at later intervals.
Maintaining the tires and wheels in good condition is essential to safe operation and good
performance. Tire and/or wheel failure could result in a machine tip-over. Component damage may
also result if problems are not discovered and repaired quickly.
Check the tire surface and sidewalls for cuts, cracks and unusual wear.
Check each wheel for damage, bends and cracks.
Check each wheel bolt for proper torque (38 ft-lbs/51 Nm dry).
