Wipe the pump and membrane area with a damp (not wet) cloth. If there's milk in the tubing, remove the tubing, protective membrane, and membrane cap, and clean them. Shake out any water drops from the tubing and let it dry, or run the pump with the tubing attached until dry. If there's condensation in the tubing, let the pump run with the tubing attached until it's dry. Once all components are completely dry, reassemble the breast pump and accessories.
