What to do if Medela Symphony has low or no suction?

If your Medela breast pump has low or no suction, check the valve and membrane for chips, cracks, holes, or tears and replace if needed. Ensure the membrane lays flat on the valve during reassembly. Inspect the breastshield and connector for cracks and secure attachment. Also, inspect the tubing adapter and Symphony membranes for wear or tears, replacing if necessary. If suction doesn't improve, contact Medela Customer Service at 1-800-435-8316.
